So much awesomeness in one post!

I made some Vegan Oreo Cupcakes for Johns 2nd birthday party. This one is at his Mampa and Grandma Jackie's house. I got the recipe, which is originally from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, from Jessica's blog O Me, O Life. Here is a link to the post with the recipe.

Next, I had a girls day with my mom and my little sister yesterday. It was so so much fun. Josh watched the little guy and I got to go and feel like I was a kid again. First, we went to Kona Grill and I got some veggie sushi and a portabello sandwhich. It was seriously delicious. Then we went to Barnes and Noble and just walked around. Then, We went to Forever 21 and my mom got me some awesome stuff. We are pretty low on funds right now, so it was just a huge wonderful treat to get something new. Here are pictures of some of the things.

A super cute headband with different vibrantly colored feathers. A pair of owl earrings. Actually, I got three different pairs but I only snapped a pic of these ones. Some really cute faux glass earrings, which we got half off because one of the beads fells off. Then, the lady gave us the missing bead anyway so I can glue it on.

WHAT!!! Is this the most awesome hat ever or is just me. The dark part is an olive color and the feather is yellow.

A chunky owl ring. I also got the nail polish which is a sparkly blue. I got a minty blue gree, yellow and burgundy. too :) :) :)

These shoes were on clearance for $4.99. I got a copper pair too!


And to top it all off, I got to come home and see this little man!
